Don’t be afraid to fail

“Try and fail but don’t fail to try.” John Quincy Adams

If we are afraid to do something for fear of making a mistake, we will not do anything at all. That is the worst mistake of all. if we are not making any mistakes, we are not working close enough to the edge of our potential. Here are few examples that quickly come to our mind, Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he created the light bulb. Richard Branson dropped out of school at 15. His prospects looked grim at that point, don’t you think? And yet he became one of the leading businesspeople on the planet. That’s just 2 out of tens of thousands of people who changed the world. Do we know why? Because they have tried, they did not lose their hope but kept struggling and trying after so many failures.

If we are reaching our goals, failure is just part of the deal, but that’s ok. While growing and getting new experiences we can fix our failure but we can’t fix the things we never tried. Nobody is on this planet who haven’t tasted failure but clever people do not lose the chance to experience from his or her failure and apply those experiences on his or her way to get success. It is up to us that how we react when we lose or failed to achieve something, we quit or keep struggling and trying. we shouldn’t stop trying because we don’t know when we would taste a bit of success.

Research says that only half of us are chasing our dreams, using our strength and talents and joyfully moving forward while enjoying our journey. On the other hand, many of us took the risk and initiated something but failed a time or two and decided not to try anymore. That’s where we make mistakes and lose the chance to taste of success. I have seen the people who do the same and quit and drop their ideas while giving some unrealistic excuses.

Failure doesn’t have to be the final verdict. But we can say that it is just a sign, a red flag that something is wrong that needs to be fixed. Don’t shy away from that, just fix it and bring it on the same track with some new energy and excitement. When we experience failure we have two choices, Keep going or quit and walk away with our tail tucked between our legs. Some of us chose to fight and struggle with their failures and after some time they become role model for us like Thomas Edison and Richard Branson.

We can choose to see failure as “the end of the world,” or as proof of just how inadequate we are. Or, we can look at failure as the incredible learning experience that it often is. Every time we fail at something, we can choose to look for the lesson we’re meant to learn. These lessons are very important; they’re how we grow, and how we keep from making that same mistake again. Failures stop us only if we let them. If we learn and experience from our failures, One day all these failures will bring success to us.

If we want to do better than ten thousand other people, we have to get busy, work hard, Never give up and if we fail then accept that as a new learning experience and try again. This time try again with new energy, new excitement, and passion and give your best to break the wall of failure. Don’t stop yourself, No matter how difficult it is. One day the lights will come and spread the fragrance of success around us.

There really is an upside of failure. Don’t quit, keep going. Resilience is your most important weapon which can bend the knee of failure and you will be awarded success.
